XCEP: Implementing the residential off-peak electricity price policy is expected to reduce net profit by approximately 5.55 million yuan in 2025
XCEP announced that, according to the notice from the Sichuan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the company plans to implement the residential off-peak electricity price policy starting from September 1, 2025. This policy will result in a decrease in the average sales price of residential electricity for the entire year, and it is expected to reduce the net profit for the year 2025 by approximately 5.55 million yuan
