According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shanghai Xiwang Xinke Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Ren Yuan as the legal representative and a registered capital of 50 million yuan. The business scope includes: development of artificial intelligence application software; development of artificial intelligence basic software; integrated circuit chip design and services; sales of integrated circuit chips and products, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Shanghai Zhenliang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., which is jointly held by Shanghai Zhangxin Enterprise Consulting Partnership and BJLE, among others
