CSII announced that the company's controlling shareholder Wang Anjing and his concerted party Kelong Shenghe had some shares judicially transferred by the People's Court of Dongcheng District, Beijing due to a contractual dispute. Before the transfer, Wang Anjing held 28.2144 million shares, accounting for 5.90%; Kelong Shenghe held 26.1362 million shares, accounting for 5.46%. After the transfer, Wang Anjing's shareholding quantity and proportion remained unchanged, while Kelong Shenghe's shareholding quantity decreased to 24.6362 million shares, accounting for 5.15%.
