According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shandong Jinlei Heavy Equipment Transmission Co., Ltd. was established, with Liu Zhe as the legal representative and a registered capital of 50 million yuan. The business scope includes: manufacturing of gears and gear reducers, manufacturing of rubber products, sales of high-speed precision gear transmission devices, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by JINLEI through indirect holdings
