According to the Qichacha APP, recently, XINLIAN Yuezhou Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with 15 shareholders including Shaoxing Binhai New Area Xinxing Equity Investment Fund Partnership exiting, and XINLIAN's shareholding ratio rising from approximately 27.67% to 100%. Qichacha information shows that the company was established in 2021, with a registered capital of 3 billion yuan, and its business scope includes: integrated circuit manufacturing; integrated circuit sales; integrated circuit design; integrated circuit chip and product manufacturing, etc
