AXNMC announced that its controlling shareholder Sichuan Rongxin's shareholding increase plan is scheduled from April 11, 2025, to October 11, 2025, with an intended increase amount of 50 million to 100 million yuan. As of August 10, 2025, it has already increased its holdings by 1.5855 million shares through centralized bidding, amounting to 5.3907 million yuan, accounting for 0.09% of the total share capital.
