According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Chongqing Jujinshi New Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Xie Wei as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The business scope includes: hydropower generation; battery manufacturing; battery sales; manufacturing of power electronic components; centralized fast charging stations; sales of charging piles, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Sichuan Judianxing New Energy Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Jinshi Hengding Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jinshi Technology
