BAOMING TECH announced that director and general manager Zhang Chun holds 1,128,100 shares, accounting for 0.6237%. He plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 280,000 shares, accounting for 0.1548%, through centralized bidding or block trading from September 3, 2025, to December 2, 2025. The shares to be reduced are sourced from shares directly and indirectly held before the initial public offering and obtained through non-trading transfers, as well as restricted stocks granted under the 2022 equity incentive plan
