iREAL: Shandong Railway Fund's shareholding ratio falls below 5%

iREAL announced that Shandong Railway Development Fund Co., Ltd. has reduced its holdings of the company's 11,697,700 unrestricted circulating shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 1.99924% of the company's total share capital, resulting in its shareholding ratio falling from over 5% to below 5%. After the reduction, Shandong Railway Fund holds 29,255,300 shares, accounting for 4.99999% of the company's total share capital. This equity change does not involve the source of funds, and there are no plans for further increases in holdings within the next 12 months
