Yifeng Pharmacy Chain Co., Ltd. announced that the board of directors has approved a proposal to provide joint liability guarantees for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hubei Yifeng Pharmacy Chain Co., Ltd., to apply for a comprehensive credit limit of no more than 300 million yuan from the bank.
