SQ Group: Issuing convertible bonds not exceeding 2.5 billion yuan
SQ Group announced that the company plans to issue convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects, with a total issuance amount not exceeding 2.5 billion yuan. The proceeds from this convertible bond will be used for the industrialization project of green new energy battery materials and to supplement working capital, of which 2 billion yuan is planned for the green new energy battery materials project, and 500 million yuan for supplementing working capital
