QIFAN: Provides a joint liability guarantee of 100 million yuan for its subsidiary Chizhou QIFAN
Shanghai QIFAN Cable Co., Ltd. recently signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with Huaxia Bank Hefei Baohe Branch to provide joint liability guarantee for the 100 million yuan financing of its subsidiary Chizhou QIFAN Cable Co., Ltd. The guarantee period is three years, with no counter-guarantee. This guarantee is within the company's annual guarantee authorization limit and has undergone internal decision-making procedures. As of the announcement date, the total external guarantees of the company and its holding subsidiaries amount to 1.735 billion yuan, accounting for 37.39% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees
