KAILONG: Subsidiary fined 1.762 million yuan

KAILONG announced that its subsidiaries, Shandong Tianbao Chemical Co., Ltd. and Shandong Kaile Chemical Co., Ltd., received the "Administrative Penalty Decision" issued by the Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Administration for reaching a fixed-price monopoly agreement, with fines of 881,800 yuan and 880,300 yuan, respectively, totaling approximately 1.762 million yuan. This fine is expected to reduce the company's current net profit by approximately 1.3962 million yuan
