A-share private placement overview: 6 companies disclose private placement progress

According to Wind data, on August 21, a total of 6 companies in the A-share market announced related plans for private placements. Among them, 2 companies disclosed stock private placement proposals, 2 private placement proposals were approved by the shareholders' meeting, 1 private placement proposal was approved by the exchange, and 1 private placement proposal was not approved. From the latest disclosed private placement proposals on that day, LOPAL and Intretech had the highest proposed fundraising amounts, with plans to raise no more than 2 billion yuan and 800 million yuan, respectively. So far this year, 90 companies have announced that their private placement plans have been completed, with 40 companies raising more than 1 billion yuan.
