WENZHOU HONGFENG announced on the morning of August 21 that August 25 will be the last trading day for "Hongfeng Convertible Bonds," and on that day, the abbreviation for "Hongfeng Convertible Bonds" will be "Z Feng Convertible Bonds." Trading of "Hongfeng Convertible Bonds" will cease after the market closes on August 25. August 28 will be the last conversion day for "Hongfeng Convertible Bonds," and investors holding "Hongfeng Convertible Bonds" can still convert their bonds before the market closes on that day. After the market closes on August 28, "Hongfeng Convertible Bonds" that have not been converted will stop conversion, and the remaining convertible bonds will be forcibly redeemed at a price of 100.92 yuan per bond. If forcibly redeemed, investors may face losses, and investors are advised to pay attention to investment risks
