Chipscreen announced that on August 22, 2025, it received a notice from the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application for the issuance of securities by Shenzhen Chipscreen Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for its Sci-Tech Innovation Board listing. The company has verified the fundraising prospectus and related application documents submitted and decided to accept the application for review in accordance with the law. This issuance of A-shares is still subject to review by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and must obtain approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented. There is uncertainty regarding whether it will pass the review and the timing of such a decision. The company will fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner
