V&V TECH: Yan Ziyu appointed as a member of the Board of Directors' Compensation Committee
V&V TECH announced that Mr. Chen Jiahao will resign as Executive Director effective August 22, 2025, to focus on his roles as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. At the same time, Executive Director Mr. Yan Ziyu has been appointed as a member of the Board's Remuneration Committee, effective from the same date
According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Mr. Chen Jiahao has resigned as an executive director of V&V TECH (08113) effective August 22, 2025, due to his focus on the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the group.
The board announced the following changes to the composition of the company's board committee: 1. Mr. Yan Ziyu, the company's executive director, has been appointed as a member of the board's remuneration committee, effective August 22, 2025; and 2. Mr. Chen will no longer serve as a member of the board's remuneration committee effective August 22, 2025, due to his resignation as an executive director
