VITI: Consistent action parties plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 1%

VITI announced that its concerted action shareholders Chen Qinghua, Li Bin, Chen Xinhua, and Chen Weihua plan to reduce their holdings in the company through centralized bidding from September 16, 2025, to December 15, 2025.
