According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FINELAND LIVING announced its mid-year results for 2025, with revenue of approximately 168 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 9.49%; the loss attributable to shareholders was 5.999 million yuan, a year-on-year narrowing of 59.12%; the loss per share was 1.5 cents. The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to a decline of approximately 4.7 million yuan in the real estate agency services segment and a decline of approximately 12.9 million yuan in the property management services segment
