
SHUANGTA FOOD: The EU has initiated an anti-dumping investigation into Chinese pea protein
Shuangta Food announced that the company recently learned that the European Commission received a complaint submitted by a temporary alliance of EU pea protein producers and decided to initiate an anti-dumping investigation against Chinese pea protein. The scope of the investigation includes high-protein pea protein with a protein content exceeding 65% on a dry weight basis. In 2024 and from January to June 2025, the sales amount of pea protein exported to the EU accounted for 3.92% and 6.48% of the company's total operating income, respectively. The anti-dumping investigation is currently in the investigation stage, and the future ruling results are difficult to predict. The company has established a special task force and hired a legal team to actively respond, while also vigorously expanding emerging international markets and the domestic market, and accelerating the construction of overseas factories. The company will closely monitor and continuously follow up on the progress of this matter and fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner
