CULTURECOM HOLD has completed the placement of warrants, with a total of 200 million warrants completed on September 2, 2025, at a placement price of HKD 0.031 per warrant. The net proceeds from this placement are approximately HKD 5.45 million, primarily used for the group's daily operating funds, including salaries, rent, and other expenses
According to the announcement from CULTURECOM HOLD (00343), all the prerequisites for the warrant placement have been met, and the warrant placement has been completed on September 2, 2025, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the warrant placement agreement. According to the warrant placement agreement, the placement agent has fully placed a total of 200 million warrants at a placement price of HKD 0.031 per warrant to no less than 6 subscribers.
The net proceeds from the issuance of the warrants are approximately HKD 5.45 million, which are intended to be used for the group's general working capital, including payment of salaries, rent expenses, information technology services, and other office expenses of the group
