JT announced that starting from September 3, 2025, Mr. Wu Siyuan, the chairman of the board, will act as the secretary of the board. The position of secretary of the board has been vacant for more than three months, and according to regulations, the chairman should perform this duty. The company will complete the selection of the secretary of the board as soon as possible
