Linggui Zhugan Decoction Granules are derived from Zhang Zhongjing's "Jinkui Yaolue" from the Han Dynasty and have the effects of warming Yang, transforming phlegm, strengthening the spleen, and promoting dampness. It is mainly used to treat phlegm and fluid retention due to insufficient middle Yang, with symptoms including fullness in the chest and flanks, dizziness, palpitations, shortness of breath with cough, a white and slippery tongue coating, and a wiry and slippery pulse. The prescription consists of Poria, Cinnamon Twig, Atractylodes, and Licorice
