BOMIN ELECTRONICS provides a guarantee of 50 million yuan for its holding subsidiary

BOMIN ELECTRONICS Co., Ltd. announced that in order to meet the daily operational and business development funding needs of its holding subsidiary, Shenzhen BOMIN Electronics Co., Ltd., the company has provided a joint liability guarantee for the credit limit of 50 million yuan applied to the Shenzhen Fuyong Branch of Bank of China, with a term from September 4, 2025, to December 30, 2025. This guarantee has no counter-guarantee and is within the previously estimated limit. As of the announcement date, the total amount of external guarantees provided by the listed company and its holding subsidiaries is 3,274.0228 million yuan, accounting for 76.86% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue external guarantees. The board of directors believes that the risk of this guarantee is controllable, complies with regulations, and agrees to this guarantee matter
