YCIG: Plans to sell no more than 0.15% of its shares in Yangtze Optical Fibre
Yangtze Communication announced that as of the announcement date, the company holds 120 million shares of Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Limited Company, accounting for 15.82% of the total share capital of Yangtze Optical Fibre. The company intends to sell no more than 1.1 million shares of Yangtze Optical Fibre through a centralized bidding method on the stock exchange, accounting for 0.15% of the total share capital of Yangtze Optical Fibre, with the transaction price determined based on market prices. This sale has been approved by the ninth meeting of the tenth board of directors and does not require submission for shareholder meeting approval
