SHBT: Plans to raise no more than 300 million yuan through a private placement
SHBT announced that the company plans to issue A-shares to specific targets through a simplified procedure in 2025, with a total fundraising amount of 300 million yuan. After deducting issuance costs, the raised funds will be used entirely for the construction project of the Thailand screw production base of Shanghai Beite Technology Co., Ltd. According to the bidding results, the total subscription amount from the issuing targets is 300 million yuan, which includes Nord Fund Management Co., Ltd., Caitong Fund Management Co., Ltd., and others
