JPT: Plans to increase investment in Suidong Intelligent by 5 million yuan
On the evening of September 9th, JPT announced that the company plans to jointly increase capital in Shenzhen Suidong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. with Shenzhen Suiyuan Management Partnership and Hefei Quancunhong Silicon Instrument Management Consulting Center, with a total investment amount of 12 million yuan from the investors. Among them, the company intends to increase capital in Suidong Intelligent with its own funds of 5 million yuan, subscribing to its newly increased registered capital of approximately 56,800 yuan. After the completion of this capital increase, the company will hold 5% equity in Suidong Intelligent
