AGSW: Jin Hao resigns as Chief Financial Officer, Guo Jibao takes over
On September 10th, Jinzhongzi Liquor announced that the company's board of directors recently received the resignation letter from Chief Financial Officer Jin Hao. Jin Hao applied to resign from the position of Chief Financial Officer due to work adjustments and will no longer hold any position in the company after resigning. The resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors. On the same day, the company's board of directors approved the appointment of Guo Jibao as the Chief Financial Officer, with a term starting from the date of board approval until the end of the seventh board's term
