The last trading day for "PHARMABLOCK convertible bonds" is September 12, 2025, and the last conversion date is September 17. Those not converted after the market closes will be forcibly redeemed at 100.62 yuan per bond, and investors may face losses. From July 25 to August 14, 2025, the company's stock triggered conditional redemption clauses.
