CRHIC: Shareholders holding more than 5% of shares transfer within the concerted action party

CRHIC announced that Zhongyuan Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. and its concerted action party Henan Zhongyuan Guquan Private Fund Management Co., Ltd. collectively hold 151 million shares of the company, accounting for approximately 6.81% of the company's total share capital. Due to asset planning needs, Henan Guquan intends to transfer 32.21 million shares held by it to Zhongyuan Equity through block trading within three months after the announcement date, starting from 15 trading days after the disclosure. This share transfer is an internal transfer between Zhongyuan Equity and its concerted action parties, and the total number and proportion of shares held will not change, with no reduction in holdings in the market
