BLEST: Some shares held by the controlling shareholder will be auctioned off judicially

On the evening of September 11, BLEST announced that the Beijing Financial Court will auction 48.0788 million unrestricted circulating shares of the company held by its controlling shareholder, Tibet New Sea New Venture Capital Co., Ltd., on the JD Judicial Auction Platform. The first auction time: October 16, 2025, 10:00 AM - October 17, 2025, 10:00 AM (excluding delays)
