Dongzhu Ecological Environment Protection issued a notice of unusual movement, stating that the company is planning to acquire 89.49% of the equity of KaiRuiXingTong through the issuance of shares and cash payment, while also planning to raise supporting funds. The audit and evaluation work related to the assets involved in this transaction has not yet been completed and still needs to be submitted to the company's board of directors for further review and approval by the company's shareholders' meeting. Additionally, it must be approved, authorized, or consented to by the competent regulatory authorities before it can be officially implemented.
