DHGF announced that the shareholding increase plan of its controlling shareholder, Tibet Hongshan, will be implemented after its disclosure on December 26, 2024. From January 20 to September 12, 2025, a total of 30.5717 million shares were traded through centralized bidding, amounting to 150 million yuan, increasing the shareholding ratio from 21.7421% to 28.0949%; among them, 1.9547 million shares and 533,800 shares were increased on September 5 and September 12, respectively, and this shareholding increase plan has been completed
