TK GROUP HLDG (02283.HK) announced that the letter of intent signed with Bắc Ninh Trung Quý Investment regarding the acquisition of a piece of land located in Hải Dương Province, Vietnam has been terminated. The reason is the tariff situation between Vietnam and the group's partners around the world, which has led to a change in the group's business direction
