Taihe Intelligent: Xu Dahong's shareholding ratio has decreased to 17.36%

Taihe Intelligent announced that its shareholder Xu Dahong and his concerted actor Yang Yalin's shareholding ratio has decreased by more than 5%. Before this change in equity, Xu Dahong held 23.15% of the shares of the listed company, while Yang Yalin held 0.03% of the shares. After the change in equity, Xu Dahong's shareholding ratio decreased to 17.36%, while Yang Yalin's shareholding ratio remained unchanged. This change in equity was conducted according to the second share transfer agreement signed between Xu Dahong and Sunshine New Energy on September 11, 2025. According to the agreement, Xu Dahong will transfer 10.6131 million shares to Sunshine New Energy. This change in equity still requires compliance confirmation from the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the completion of share transfer registration procedures at the Shanghai branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited
