According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, MEDITECH (603990.SH) has released a notice stating that shareholder Mr. Weng Kang plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 5,214,250 shares through block trading within three months after the announcement of this plan, which accounts for no more than 25% of his total holdings and no more than 1.7024% of the company's total share capital; he also plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3,062,827 shares through centralized bidding, which accounts for no more than 25% of his total holdings and no more than 1% of the company's total share capital.
