CHEVALIER INT'L sells Canadian automotive agency business, realizing 145 million yuan

CHEVALIER INT'L (00025.HK) announced the withdrawal from its Canadian automotive agency business, selling "Action Honda" to an independent third party, Sonu Arora, for a total cash consideration of CAD 255,700 (approximately HKD 14.5 million). The estimated pre-tax profit from the sale is approximately HKD 77.96 million
