Beijing Tiantan Biological Products Co., Ltd. announced the implementation of the 2025 semi-annual profit distribution. This profit distribution was approved by the board of directors on August 20, 2025, based on a total share capital of 1,977,371,446 shares, with a cash dividend of RMB 0.15 per share, totaling RMB 296,605,716.90. The equity registration date is September 24, 2025, and the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date is September 25. In terms of distribution implementation, except for some self-distributing recipients, the distribution will be entrusted to China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shanghai Branch.
