W-Ibeda's core technical personnel retire, stating no substantial impact on the company

Shanghai W-Ibeda Technology Group Co., Ltd. announced that core technical staff member Zhang Jieping has officially retired recently upon reaching the statutory retirement age. The company no longer recognizes her as a core technical staff member, and she will no longer hold any position in the company. During her tenure, Zhang Jieping was responsible for several R&D projects, which have been successfully handed over, and the related intellectual property rights belong to the company. As of the end of June 2022 to 2025, the company had 89, 101, 127, and 111 R&D personnel respectively, indicating a stable team structure. The company stated that Zhang Jieping's departure will not have a substantial impact on production operations and technological research and development, and the sponsor CITIC Securities also agrees with this view. Currently, all R&D projects are progressing normally
