
JSCN collaborates with Changzhou to layout the new energy track, building 40 "light-storage-charging" stations in 3 years
On September 19th, JSCN signed a cooperation agreement with the Changzhou Municipal Government, announcing its entry into the new energy sector. It plans to build around 40 "light storage charging" stations within three years to provide vehicle charging services for the government, enterprises, and individuals. This cooperation will establish a joint venture company with an initial registered capital of 90 million yuan, where JSCN holds 51%, and Changzhou High-tech Group, Changzhou New Energy Group, and Suwen Electric Power collectively hold 49%. The company will focus on microgrid business to provide stable energy security and efficient resource collaboration solutions for smart city construction. The heads of both parties stated that they will also deepen cooperation in areas such as information construction, 5G factory development, digital cultural industry exploration, and cultural IP development
