According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Zhejiang Chint Yunfei Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Lu Kai as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The business scope includes: research and development of intelligent robots; manufacturing of intelligent unmanned aerial vehicles; manufacturing of navigation, surveying, meteorological, and marine specialized instruments; manufacturing of industrial robots, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Chint Electrics, which is controlled by Chint Aneng Digital Energy Co., Ltd
