Aiyingshi announced that the company plans to use its own funds of 19 million yuan to purchase 30% of the equity held by Mr. Shi Qiong in Hubei Yongyi Nursing Products Co., Ltd. After the transaction is completed, Aiyingshi will hold 30% of the equity in Hubei Yongyi.
