Qijing Machinery announced that the company held its second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 on September 23, 2025, where it approved the proposals for the election of non-independent directors and independent directors of the fifth board of directors. After the board of directors' election was completed at the shareholders' meeting, the company held the first meeting of the fifth board of directors on the same day, where relevant proposals were approved.
