
COMPLANT's subsidiary's major lawsuit first-instance judgment involves nearly 60 million
In June 2025, the subsidiary of China National Chemical Import & Export Corporation, Singapore Yade Co., Ltd., filed a lawsuit against Sanmen Dexin Waste Oil Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Shengyuan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. due to unpaid contract payments, involving an amount of 47,725,337.11 yuan in contract arrears and overdue payment interest. On September 22, the Sanmen Court issued a first-instance judgment, requiring the defendants to pay the principal, interest, and costs of realizing the creditor's rights within one month of the judgment taking effect, with the case acceptance fee also to be borne by the defendants. If dissatisfied with the judgment, an appeal may be filed. As the first-instance judgment has not taken effect and been executed, the final impact on the company's profits cannot be determined at this time. The company will closely monitor the progress and disclose timely updates. As of the announcement date, the company has no other significant litigation or arbitration matters that need to be disclosed
