DYNAMIC HOLD announced its annual results for the period ending June 30, 2025, with revenue of HKD 64.952 million, a year-on-year decrease of 9.25%. The loss attributable to shareholders was HKD 62.594 million, compared to a profit of HKD 5.354 billion in the same period last year, resulting in a loss per share of HKD 0.263. The company plans to distribute a final dividend of HKD 0.005 per share. The decline in performance was mainly due to a decrease in rental income from investment properties in mainland China and no profit share recorded from joint ventures

The group achieved revenue of HKD 64.952 million, a year-on-year decrease of 9.25%; the loss attributable to the company's owners was HKD 62.594 million, compared to a profit of HKD 5.354 billion in the same period last year; the loss per share was HKD 0.263, and a final dividend of HKD 0.005 per share is proposed.
The announcement stated that this performance was mainly due to the decrease in rental income from the group's investment properties in mainland China, which are settled in Renminbi (RMB).
The group did not record any share of profits from joint ventures during the year. In contrast, last year, the group recorded a one-time fair value gain of HKD 12.635 billion from the distribution of land share in joint ventures
