The address for the leased property under Lease Agreement One is Room 17-19, 3rd Building, Han Yu Financial Business Center, No. 7000 Jing Shi Road, Shunhua Road Street, High-tech Zone, Jinan City, Shandong Province, China, including Rooms 1611 and 1612 on the 16th floor; the address for the leased property under Lease Agreement Two is Room 1601-03, 1605-10, and 1615-20, 3rd Building, Han Yu Financial Business Center, No. 7000 Jing Shi Road, Shunhua Road Street, High-tech Zone, Jinan City, Shandong Province, China.
