AMSKY: Plans to increase capital by 10 million yuan to acquire 25% equity in Aiding Intelligent

AMSKY announced that the company has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Quanzhou Aiding Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. in Fujian. It plans to subscribe for an additional registered capital of 10 million yuan in Aiding Intelligent through an increase in capital, using its own funds of 10 million yuan, resulting in a shareholding ratio of 25%. After the capital increase is completed, Aiding Intelligent's registered capital will increase to 40 million yuan. Aiding Intelligent mainly focuses on 3D metal-related products and will achieve in-depth cooperation and collaborative development with AMSKY on the 3D printed metal shoe mold project in the future. This investment aims to expand the product industry layout, accelerate the strategic layout for future development, and is expected to cultivate new industrial channels and profit growth points for the company
