On September 30, 2025, WOLONG ELECTRIC announced that its largest shareholder, Zhejiang WOLONG Shunyu Investment Co., Ltd., completed the partial release of share pledges on September 29, releasing 7.8 million shares, accounting for 1.54% of its holdings and 0.50% of the company's total share capital. After this release, WOLONG Shunyu has cumulatively pledged 39 million shares of the company, accounting for 7.69% of its total holdings and 2.50% of the company's total share capital; together with its concerted actors, the cumulative pledged shares also amount to 39 million shares, accounting for 6.43% of their total holdings and 2.50% of the company's total share capital.
