PINE TECH: Yu Wei has been appointed as an executive director
PINE TECH announced that Zhang San resigned as executive director due to personal matters, effective from October 3, 2025. Yu Wei has been appointed as executive director, chairman of the board, and CEO of the company, and will also serve as a member of the compensation committee and nomination committee. At the same time, Yu Wei has become the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the listing rules
According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, PINE TECH (01079) has announced that Zhang Sanhuo has resigned as executive director due to the need to spend more time handling his other personal affairs, effective from October 3, 2025.
Yu Wei has been appointed as executive director, effective from October 3, 2025.
The board announced that, effective from October 3, 2025: Zhang Sanhuo has resigned as chairman of the board and CEO of the company; and Yu Wei has been appointed as chairman of the board and CEO of the company.
The board announced that, effective from October 3, 2025, the composition of the committees under the board is as follows: Zhang Sanhuo has resigned as a member of the remuneration committee, and Yu Wei has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee. Zhang Sanhuo has resigned as chairman of the nomination committee, and Yu Wei has been appointed as chairman of the nomination committee.
The board announced that, effective from October 3, 2025: Zhang Sanhuo will no longer serve as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules; and Yu Wei has been appointed as the authorized representative
