XGD: Wholly-owned subsidiary Dongguan XGD Technology won the land use rights for 29.99 million yuan

XGD announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dongguan XGD Technology, participated in the auction for the state-owned construction land use rights on the northwest side of Huahai Road in the Binhaiwan New District of Dongguan, successfully bidding RMB 29.99 million. The land area is 19,909.87 square meters, with a land use right transfer period of 50 years. The purchase of the land use rights will be used to build a headquarters base for intelligent manufacturing and artificial intelligence, aiming to promote the deployment of intelligent manufacturing equipment and services to support the company's overall computing power infrastructure. This aligns with the company's medium- and long-term planning and strategy, enhances the overall R&D and intelligent manufacturing levels, and drives the transformation and upgrading of production from traditional manufacturing models to intelligent and automated directions, thereby increasing product market competitiveness
